DIRECTIONS:

After cleansing, apply Ultrapure Glycerin & Rose Water Toner to a cotton pad.Gently sweep across the face and neck to help refresh the skin and remove any remaining surface residue. Avoid the eye area. Use morning and evening as part of your regular skincare routine.
