Sprinkle 1-2 handfuls of Ultrapure Epsom Salts into a warm bath (37-39°C is ideal). Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes. When on the go, use Ultrapure Epsom Salts Gel or ULTRAPURE Ice-Cold Menthol Gel for targeted and intensive muscle recovery support.
