The PlusEPA^® TWiST softgels contain pure EPA, the omega-3 fatty acid that supports you during schooltime, work and challenging days. Did you know that up to 25% of school children and about one in three women over 40 have too low a level of EPA in their bodies? They are in need for pure EPA dosages.

For children from 6 years old, 1 twist softgel per day.

For adults: 2 twist softgels per day.

Swallow whole (adults only), with food. Alternatively you can twist the tail off the softgel and squeeze the liquid into cold food or drinks.

We are pleased to offer free delivery in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders over €49.  Orders below €49 incur a €5.95 charge at checkout.  We will dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Delivery times are 1-2 working days from dispatch of your order.  We have partnered with DPD for this service.

Click and Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect service in both Whites Pharmacy Carlow & Kilkenny and Arthur Kennedy Chemist, Hacketstown.   Please give your name and order reference number when collecting your order. Please bring valid photo ID.  Orders available for collection within1-2 working days.  We will email you when your order is ready for collection.

If your order arrives with an item that is broken or damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us using the form below, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
