The follow-up consultation usually would take place 5-6 weeks after the initial consultation.

Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

We are pleased to offer free delivery in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders over €40.  Orders below €40 incur a €5 charge at checkout.  We will dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Delivery times are 1-2 working days from dispatch of your order.  We have partnered with An Post for this service.

Click and Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect service in both Whites Pharmacy Carlow & Kilkenny and Arthur Kennedy Chemist, Hacketstown.   Please give your name and order reference number when collecting your order. Please bring valid photo ID.  Orders available for collection within1-2 working days.  We will email you when your order is ready for collection.

If your order arrives with an item that is broken or damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us using the form below, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
